Our Refund & Replacement Policy
If our customers are not happy with the quality of products received, they can request a refund / replacement , subject to the following conditions :
- In case the package is missing an item , a refund for the said item will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- In the case of quality issues, where the customer isn’t satisfied with the product received , he must proof of damage within 6hrs of receiving the package. Replacement of the product or a partial/full refund will be processed upon verification. A picture must be shared on Whatsapp ( +91 7291880067 ) or via email (aonefruits2021@gmail.com).
- In case the package is not received, a full refund will be provided.
Please note that any and all grievances must be brought to our notice within 6 hours of receiving the package . Post this time duration our liability towards any complaint is voided, due to the perishable nature of our products.
